  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products purchased on our website.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and receipts/invoices intact.
  • Certain products such as personal care items, used/opened cleaning supplies, customized goods, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and include photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond with return authorization and next steps within 2 business days.
  4. Once approved, please ensure the product is securely packed for pick-up/return shipment.
  1. Return Shipping
  • For items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • For all other return reasons, you may be required to bear the return courier charges.
  • Returns must be shipped via a trackable courier service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect, defective, or damaged products.
  1. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled or modified only before dispatch. After shipment, the regular return policy applies.
